for  any Home Seller.

Selling a home as a "For Sale By Owner," may sound easy; simply put up a sign, place an ad in the paper, then wait for the flood of buyers.

If the lure of saving thousands of dollars selling your home without the aid and advice of a real estate professional is tempting, ponder these questions:

Do you have the experience and the market knowledge in order to set a realistic and accurate price on your home ?
